Atlas Xeriscaping was founded by a Leeds School of Business student at the University of Colorado Boulder, who brings a deep-rooted passion for the environment and water conservation to the company. Born and raised in Colorado, our founder witnessed firsthand the state's growing water scarcity challenges. Motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference, Atlas Xeriscaping was created with a mission to address these issues through innovative, sustainable landscaping solutions. Our goal is to transform how Coloradans think about and utilize their outdoor spaces, conserving water for future generations while creating beautiful, resilient landscapes. This vision was validated at the Leeds School of Business New Venture Creation competition, winning the overall first place as the most viable and innovative concept, showcasing our commitment to making a real impact on the future of water conservation and business.

At the forefront of Atlas Xeriscaping, CEO Noah Holland merges his lifelong passion for conservation with the company's ethos, championing sustainable land use and water-saving practices. Growing up as an avid fly fisher in Colorado's rivers, Noah developed an early appreciation for the state's natural landscapes and a concern for the conservation of native fish habitats. These formative experiences fueled his commitment to responsible water use, a principle that lies at the heart of xeriscaping.
